1. Delivery destinations

Our primary delivery destination is Germany.

Delivery to other countries may be possible by prior agreement. Please contact us before placing an order if you require delivery outside Germany.

2. Pre-orders and estimated delivery

The Veltor Signature Gym Bag may be offered for pre-order where indicated on the product page.

The current estimated shipping period is early 2027. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed dispatch date.

We will provide the applicable delivery information before you complete your purchase. If the expected delivery schedule changes significantly, we will inform affected customers using the contact information provided with their order.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Where shipping is offered free of charge, this will be shown during checkout. Any delivery charges agreed for destinations outside Germany will be communicated before the order is completed.

4. Shipping provider

We currently plan to ship orders using DHL. Where available, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

5. Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at veltorgear@gmail.com.

We can only change the address if the order has not progressed too far in processing or shipping.
