2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to consumer purchases made through the Veltor Gear online shop.
A consumer is an individual acting mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
3. Products and pre-orders
We offer gym bags under the Veltor Gear brand. A product may be offered for pre-order before it is ready for dispatch.
Product descriptions, images, prices and estimated delivery information are provided on the relevant product page. The applicable delivery information must be shown before an order is completed.
4. Contract formation
The presentation of products in the online shop generally invites customers to submit an order.
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your basket. The contract is formed when we accept your order, for example through an order acceptance email.
An automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance unless it expressly states that your order has been accepted.
Before publication: Check that this wording matches the actual order and confirmation process configured in Wix.
5. Prices and VAT
The current advertised sale price of the Veltor Signature Gym Bag is €89.00. The product page may also display a standard price of €120.00.
The price applicable to your order will be shown before you complete the purchase. Shipping charges, if any, will also be displayed before checkout is completed.
Veltor Gear applies the German small-business VAT scheme (Kleinunternehmerregelung) under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). VAT is not separately charged or shown on invoices in accordance with the applicable rules.
6. Payment
The payment methods available for your purchase will be displayed during checkout.
If you select PayPal, the payment is processed under PayPal's applicable terms.
7. Delivery
Our primary delivery destination is Germany. Delivery to other countries may be available by prior agreement.
The current estimated shipping period for pre-orders is early 2027. The specific delivery information displayed before purchase applies to your order. We will inform affected customers if the expected schedule changes significantly.
8. Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases of goods. The applicable conditions and procedure are described in our separate Withdrawal Information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights.
9. Legal warranty rights
Statutory rights relating to defective goods apply. These rights are not excluded or restricted by these Terms.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or other mandatory statutory liability.
Any other limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
